Ever since Antonio Guillaro was a young boy, he enjoyed building things. After earning a degree in Engineering in 1983, Antonio excitedly immersed himself in the developing and construction business.

In 1989, after six years of working with another company, Antonio started his own construction company, Phoenix Industries. Antonio was determined to build a company focused on personalized service, professionalism, quality craftsmanship and integrity, and that is just what he did.

Antonio and his team began building high-end residential custom homes throughout Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Phoenix quickly earned a stellar reputation not only for its artistry in architectural design and impeccably built homes, but also for the tremendous emphasis his company places on professionalism and integrity. A hallmark of Phoenix is making sure no stone is left unturned.

Antonio later expanded Phoenix’s portfolio offerings by including commercial construction, and soon after, also branched out his company’s construction service offerings to Palm Beach County, Florida.

Through the years, Antonio and his team have worked in every facet of real estate – from acquisitions to planning, from site work to finance, and from marketing to construction. He approaches each new project with a multifaceted team strategy. The sum of his team’s skills and experience makes them a formidable combination, one which can not only identify exciting real estate opportunities, but can acquire, plan, build and sell them as well.

Antonio chose the name Phoenix hoping his business would succeed and grow, even in the midst of a sluggish market. After more than two decades of success, one can confidentially say Phoenix Construction has lived up to the idea of achievement that its name signifies.
